Create diagnostic report

In case of issues you can download the diagnostic report. The report contains diagnostic data:

Information about the system
Configuration of video pipelines
System logs

Please download and send the diagnostic report to our support engineers who will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that the report may contain confidential information, e. g. connection passwords from configured pipelines.
The data will be used to resolve the root causes of issues you are reporting.

Generating the report can take several minutes and size of it may be up to several GB.
